What is a home? Everyone has their own definition. It is my assumption that most people define it as the four walls that they purchased for a place to sleep, at least on the surface. Couples, young and old, have a dream home. They have a thought of what the outside will look like. What the inside will look like. A home setting in the mountains or next to a lake. There are events in life that change your ability to attain the dream home. Maybe the dream home is too expensive, or the prime real estate is too far away. Maybe your dream home isn’t as dreamy as it once was because the priorities have changed.
Webwood provides a place where you can surround yourself with your memories by bringing your things with you. You bring your memories into a community where you have a private room that is accessible to walkers and wheelchairs. We provide an apartment and public area that your friends and family will not hesitate to visit. Our staff keeps the community clean, as they would want for their own family. We provide community spaces where you can have a birthday party or have a cozy place to chat next to the fireplace. We provide the opportunity to meet new peers and connect in ways you may not have before. Home is what and where you make it. For the few that get to call Webwood home, it is a place where family gets to be family, where there are people able and willing to help, and where people come first.
